This mixed use development consists of an abundance of retail and hospitality tenancies along the ground floor, as well as two distinct buildings - one commercial building and one high-end residential building.

Both the commercial and residential buildings are designed to be 5.5-star Green Star.
 
The project is due for completion in 2026.
