TANYA BASTICK
General Counsel
Having established a strong career in construction law, both in private practice and in-house, Tanya joined the Hacer Team in 2020.
Tanya has a keen interest in the interaction of the law with the commerce and practice of the construction industry. As General Counsel, it is her role to balance the legal and contractual risks of the business against its key commercial considerations.
Tanya believes in building strong, trusting and valuable relationships, no matter what industry you are in (or what your title may be). She says “this is particularly relevant in construction, where managing the human elements can play an important role in influencing the outcome of a project”.
