The project involves the construction of 227 Apartments over 19 levels, made up of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 penthouse apartments.

​

The ground floor level consists of luxury communal spaces including a swimming pool, gymnasium (indoor and outdoor), residents’ lounge, lobby, mail room, building managers rooms, bicycle storage area, residents’ amenities, building services room and landscaping.

​

There are 4 levels of basement car parking, and basement storage cages and bicycle racks.

​

The project was completed in November 2017, ahead of programme.
