The Build to Rent (BTR) mixed-use project is situated on Macaulay Road and will comprise of 477 apartments with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments over six buildings; each eight levels in height, with shared ground floor amenities, landscaped areas, and a basement carpark of two levels for residential car parking and residential storage.
