This new apartment and townhouse project consists of 172 apartments over Building A with 9 levels and Building B with 4 levels, along with nine Townhouses over 3 levels. 

​

There are 3 levels of basement car park, as well as an outdoor 15m lap pool and courtyard area. 

​

The project was completed in April 2016.
