Next door to Building F2, is the identical twin, Building F1. This building complements the corner site and completes the shared basement. Design and Construction techniques are maintained between the two projects with the exception of the basement configuration, colors and finished. The Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) principles were maintained throughout ensuring that the building is both attractive to prospective tenants and future proofed from Salta’s ownership outlook.

 

The major tenant for this building is undertaking their own fit-out. Hacer have been able to assist them with their base building alterations in order to save abortive time and costs during their portion of the project.
