Building E (6 Nexus Crt) is the third building in the Suite of offices along Nexus Crt. The design aim is to maintain a consistent theme throughout the business park so a large number of similarities can be seen between No. 5 and buildings F1 and F2.

Hacer’s Design and Construct role throughout the project included developing the original building concept, initiated by Salta, taking this through the town planning stage and streamlining it in order that the construction works could be undertaken to meet the project end dates.

​

Tenant occupation was the driver for the end dates and Hacer was able to offer construction fast tracking to facilitate these dates and also assist in fit-out integration within the new spaces.

All buildings on the Nexus site are registered for Green Star and NABERs status.
