The project, 35 Marine Parade, is located within walking distance to many of the suburb's most well known attractions, including the scenic St Kilda Marina, Luna Park and the bustling cafe and nightlife scene that adorns Acland and Fitzroy Streets.

Featuring 21 architecturally-designed waterfront apartments, the design combines the most exquisite materials with the intangibles of an address that is part-urban sanctuary and part-waterfront oasis, but one that is entirely unique.

The project was completed in August 2018.
