Mainfreight Dandenong South is an owner-occupied logistics and freight facility being developed on a new 120,000m² greenfield site on Taylors Road, Dandenong South.

The facility will include over 50,000m² of warehouse with a coolroom, dangerous goods storage and over 26,000m² container rated hardstand. There will be a further 4,000m² of office space and an additional 28,000m² external paving surrounding the site.
 
The project was completed end of 2022.
