The Local: Kensington Build to Rent (BTR) project comprises 483 apartments with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments over six buildings; each eight levels in height, with shared ground floor amenities, landscaped areas, and a basement carpark of two levels for residential car parking and residential storage.

Residential amenities in the way of swimming pool, gym, private rooms, common ground landscape and rooftop terraces on Levels 6 & 8. Ground floor retail space on Macaulay Road and Stubbs Street frontages. New extensive landscaped laneways across the full length of the Northern and Western boundaries to connect to future developments.
