Livingstone Gardens Aged Care Facility Stage 2 is a 60-bed extension to the original 150 bed development completed by Hacer Group in May 2015.

​

The new structure ties into the existing, and all services feed off the original building.

​

The extension consists of 60 beds, corridors and sitting areas to match existing. The building sits on a suspended slab, and the brick/alucobond façade will match existing.

​

The project was completed in December 2016.
