The project is located at 1 Palmer Street, Richmond. The size of the property is 5,040m2 and is bounded by Palmer Street, Griffiths Street, Highett Street and Coppin Street. It is the second stage to an existing residential apartment complex.

The project comprises the construction of the following:

• 3 level car park, including amenities;

• 4 Retail tenancies on ground floor;

• 211 Apartments;

• Podium landscape deck and roof top amenities. 
   

The project was completed in September 2016.
