The Imperial Doncaster project consisted of 94 apartments, with 2 levels of basement carpark and 10 levels of residential. The development is located in the high-profile area of Doncaster Hill, opposite Westfield, boasting city views. The apartments provide for a high level of finishes, attracting predominantly owner/occupier purchasers.

Commenced in late February 2014, construction comprised structural precast walls and columns, and a combination of light-weight and precast walls externally.

 

The façade walls contain a cast-in pattern and stained finish. This was a design and construct build, with The Buchan Group Architects and O’Neill Group part of the consultant team. The key to success of the project was efficient delivery, with a strong focus on quality for the overall build.
