Hoxton Park is the conversion of an existing Bunnings located in Prestons into 11 new tenancies.

The project involved the alteration of a base building to provide a new bulky goods retail centre comprising of 11 tenancies, including the construction of new loading bays, minor reconfiguration of the existing car park and landscaping works.

The project was completed in March 2020.
