Being the third collaboration between Home and Hacer, this BTR, mixed-use development will be comprised of 571 apartments and 1 retail tenancy, including the following:
  • 2 basement levels, consisting of residential and visitor parking, bike stores, storages, services, bin loading and storage
  • 4 podium building levels, consisting of a ground level comprised of retail and residential concierge lobby and BOH areas, loading dock, MIMO and EOT facilities, bin rooms, storage, services, a retail tenancy, residential amenities and apartments
  • 14 tower levels, with residential amenities on Levels 10 and 17
  • Netherby Mansion, a detached, heritage building, which will include residential amenities, BTR staff areas, and a pedestrian link to the tower concierge lobby

The project is due for completion in mid 2027.
