Holme Apartments offers a total of 154 Apartments, 3 offices on level 1 and a café on ground floor. The project consists of 3 basement levels, ground plus 13 floors above.

The building façade is a standout feature of the development with a façade being retained on 3 lower floor frontages and a new suspended brickwork façade to the balance of the lower floors.

The project was completed September 2019.
