Developer Bravo Properties engaged Hacer Group as builder for the prestigious Her Majesty’s Apartments project, joining the Project Team of Architect, Nicholas Day, and Engineers, Winwards.

​

Located at 134 Toorak Road (Cnr Davis Avenue, one of the most prestigious and leafy avenues in South Yarra), Her Majesty’s development is centrally located in the heart of South Yarra. It was the Developer’s vision to transform Her Majesty’s Hotel from its current ageing state to once again regain its yesteryear glory, while expanding it to include luxurious residences, prestigious offices, designer shops and a Vintage Cellars store. Eleven new stunning and luxurious residences have been built over three levels.

The new development adds back some of its glorious original features which have been lost in time, including the turret and canopy. The heritage façade has been restored and rejuvenated. The inner of the building has been demolished to make way for a new modern development, including two levels of basement car parking and three additional levels of luxurious apartments.

The project was completed in February 2016.
