The project situated at 5 Elgar Court, Doncaster, has been developed for new client Beulah International. The site is for residential use and comprises a 10-storey L-shape apartment tower, plus roof top garden, over three levels of basement car park. There is a total of 136 apartments and 151 car parking spaces.

 

The Site has an overall area of approx. 2,400m2.

Scope of Works comprises the following:

• 3 levels basement car parking including space for service plants and storage.

• Ground Level: apartments, loading zone and car parking space.

• Level 1: Main entry lobby, mail room and apartments.

• Levels 2 to 10: Apartments.

• Roof Level: Roof top garden.
   

The project was completed in December 2016.
