The project was a combined Residential/Commercial and Retail Development located on the corner of Albert and Paisley Streets, Footscray. An existing six level building comprising Levels 1, 2 and 2A Commercial/Retail and Levels 3, 4 and 5 carpark remained, with give levels of new Residential built over – Levels 6 to 10 and roof plant area.

The development was executed in two stages, with Stage 1 involving the residential development works, and Stage 2 comprising works to the existing commercial and retail development.

The project was completed in July 2014.
