Construction commenced in October 2014 on the Estate One Retail Shopping Centre development. The project consists of a new Woolworths Supermarket and Shopping Mall with 16 Specialty stores.

In addition to this, the development consists of an on-grade car parking area for approximately 200 cars and an undercroft carpark for a further 60.

The project was completed in September 2015, and continued Hacer Group's relationships with both Woolworths and Cbus Property.
