Hacer's Design and Construct role was to develop the Client's Concept Design from Town Planning Stage into a construction set of drawings. From appointment, the design was developed to enable works to commence on site within one month. The project is an As-Built Greenstar-rated building, with strong emphasis on the physical characteristics and performance of the building. All base building modifications required to enable future tenancy fitout have been incorporated within the original time frame. There was also an option for a fully integrated fitout to ensure the earliest possible overall completion and operational use of the building.

Building G marks the first office building within the new Business Park, and will be used as a benchmark for future buildings. There is on-site basement parking and a total of 4500m2 NLA.
