The site is to be developed into a seven-storey commercial office building. Designed to achieve best practice sustainability outcomes, the artfully appointed strata office spaces feature flexible floor plates to allow individual layouts.

The development will also include premium end-of-trip facilities, commercial concierge services and building management services, secure basement car parking and car stacker spaces with charging stations and bicycle storage. Communal outdoor rooftop terrace with landscape design. Retail tenancy incorporating a premium hospitality/café venue on the ground level. All behind the retained heritage-listed façade.

The project was completed in August 2021.

Since completion, Encore Cremorne has received widespread recognition, announced winner of the the Architecture Award (Commercial Architecture category) at the 2023 Victorian Architecture Awards.
