Burwood Brickworks Apartments Stage 5 & 6 is the final stage of the Burwood Brickworks Estate with Frasers Property Australia which started in 2018 and has encompassed several stages to date including Apartments Stage 1 - 4 and Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre.
 
The development comprised of two 6 storey apartment buildings with a combined 227 apartments alongside an outdoor communal/landscaped area. The buildings sits above a common basement car park of two levels. Constructed of curved and texture precast and set amongst large garden areas on the ground floor the project is the largest in the Burwood estate.

The project was completed in June 2023.
