This retail expansion comprised of a new Dan Murphy's store, 28 new speciality tenancies, an extension to an existing Safeway store and an expansion of the centre's car park. During the works, staff, suppliers and customers were given safe and complete access - which meant retailers were able to continue trade, the car park stayed in use. Dan Murphy's was completed three months ahead of schedule, reaching lock-up after just four months.
