Located at 15 Thompson Street, Kensington the development marks a significant step in the future of affordable housing through Assemble’s housing pathway (Build to Rent to Own).

Summary of Works:

​

• 199 no. residential apartments from Ground (1 guesthouse) to level 07

• 88 no. basement car park (on grade and car pallet system) via ground level and one on-grade accessible car space

• Ground floor: east and west entries with landscaping; bike/workshop/lending library; Guest house, parcel room and mailboxes; substation; refuse room;

• 2 no. Ground floor Commercial tenancy spaces - warm shell fit-out

• Ground floor food and beverage tenancy with commercial kitchen allowance

• 2 no. Ground floor Assemble spaces

• Rooftop communal facilities including pizza oven, BBQ facilities and associated external dining, futsal court, kids play, pet zone, vegetable gardens, chicken coop and communal laundry facilities.
