The project involved the construction of 63 apartments over 6 levels. The building includes a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 5 penthouse apartments. There are 2 levels of basement car parking, storage cages and bicycle racks.

Ground floor consists of luxurious communal spaces including the Japanese garden, lobby, mailroom and four light courts which elegantly bring light into the building. On level two residents can luxuriate on a rooftop oasis with an outdoor pool and terrace.

The entire project was completed in February 2018.
