The projects is a low rise (5 levels) residential development located in the heart of Fitzroy.

​

The development includes a 2 level basement, ground floor retail tenancy, 45 apartments and 7 townhouses with mix of 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedroom apartments and townhouses.

​

There is an existing façade that must be retained, and will surround three sides of the new building. 

​

The project was completed in September 2017.
